The Program

We focus on teamwork and connecting employer to employee case manager and physician to help ensure an appropriate and effective flow of information and level of medical care.

We are committed to providing the highest degree of quality care possible and to promoting a rapid, safe

return to work.

• Immediate care for musculoskeletal injuries
